Orders are shipped via a third party courier service and delivered within 3-10 working days.
Please note any customs charges received upon entering shipping destination are the responsibility of the buyer. Should attempted delivery be made to customer and delivery is failed, excess shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be advised many items are hand designed, hand painted and or hand made therefore each piece will be individual in finish and may differ ever so slightly from image shown. All costs for shipping returns will be at the cost of the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned items all items must be in perfect condition for exchange eligibility. (Please note order may be cancelled within 24 hours of original purchase, use contact form stating reason for cancellation). Please note any items returned due to failed delivery, refund will be made for the item minus any shipping charges.
